HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

We ship worldwide!

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day. Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and receiving shipping confirmation.

UNITED KINGDOM - Standard rate on all domestic orders: £2.99 (1-3 business days). Free standard shipping on all orders over £50. 

EUROPE - Standard rate on orders within Europe: £4.99 (3-5 business days). Free standard shipping on all orders over £100.

REST OF THE WORLD - Standard rate on international orders: £9.99 (5-7 business days). Free standard shipping on all orders over £150.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. 

You will receive a further email once your order has been dispatched. 

Your delivery will require a signature - so you can be assured that it's going to be delivered securely.

Please email info@larni.co.uk if your order is taking longer than expected and we will look into this for you. All shipping times are a guide only. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

Any customs, duties or other compulsory payments applied to shipments will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by LARNI LTD. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. 

 

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I AMEND/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order after it has been placed. Once you receive your items, you can request an exchange or refund. 

 

MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are so sorry about that! Please use our returns form and we will get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR? 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, in the unlikely event that you are not, you can return or exchange any item providing the following conditions are met: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached
  • Items must be tried on over your underwear and the hygiene seal must be intact and not tampered with 

Please note: If an item is out of stock and we are unable to process an exchange, then a refund will be issued instead.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Please print the form and complete ALL details requested. You will need to send this form back to us with your return. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for the loss of your item(s) being returned.

Orders must be returned within 14 days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 day policy we will not be able to process your return.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
